Harbour Edge Bach for you

The bach is simple yet comfortable leading to a relaxing holiday. Heat pump/aircon, modern kitchen, gas heated hot water in the main bach-"The Palace" so unlimited showers. The second shower and toilet is in the utility outside-great for the sandy or fishy ones! Bikes are available to explore the area or just walk the many paths of Pauanui- these intertwine between the streets and lead to the many playgrounds and tennis courts, beach spots etc. At Pauanui you have the benefit of being able to swim in either the safe harbour or around at the more exciting ocean beach. Also do visit the Water Fall just out of the township. It is an easy 15 minute walk from the road amid native flora. You then get to have a great fresh water swim in the deep pool- try sitting under the water fall with the water massaging your shoulders. We are only a 2 minute walk to the garage where you can pick up your morning herald and essentials. Just past the garage is Pauanui Club with a bistro plus a cafe in the golf store area Also the laundromat is by the club. There is a small Fresh Choice supermarket , bakery, bar, cafe and restaurant a 5 minute walk away in the shopping centre. At the Information Centre which is opposite the shopping centre you can find details of any planned activities, get maps, purchase gifts and the staff are super helpful. Special conditions: Toddlers definitely welcome, but please we ask that parents be fully responsible due to closeness to the water. You can block the entrance to the reserve with a temporary trellis which is supplied, but the front of my property is not fenced off from the road. Small dogs are welcome during the summer months- note the section is NOT fully contained as mentioned above. Tradesmen- please make an inquiry indicating your accommodation requirements l will reply with my trades offer and conditions. A $500 damage deposit is applicable on booking, but will be not charged through unless you cause property damage or do not clean and hence a cleaning fee is incurred. If you have chosen not to book nor pay additional for a cleaning option then you agree to clean thoroughly, leaving the property ready for the next guest. See paid cleaning options below. No parties are permitted. Smoking is outdoors only. Please dispose of butts safely and do not throw onto ground.
