Cosy, relaxing house at Point Lonsdale

In a quiet part of Point Lonsdale, a brief 10 minute walk to the delights of ‘Springs Beach' and a few minutes further to the famous ‘dogs off leash’ beach. This is a great property to relax and unwind. Ideal for a family of up to 4 children or 2-3 couples wanting a relaxing escape from their busy lifestyle. This 3 bedroom family holiday house welcomes you with an expansive outdoor deck/setting with fire pit outside where you can relax in the evening and have a drink before dinner. There is an outdoor 'Ziegler & Brown' BBQ and the surrounding native garden creates a private environment for relaxing and catching up on some reading or taking a nap in the hammock. All the necessities are inside. This includes a 65 inch plasma TV (Apple TV), reverse cycle heating and air conditioning & plenty of books and games. There is a dining table for 8 and large windows throughout provide plenty of light and views out to the garden. The kitchen has all you need with an electric oven and gas cook top, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine and dishwasher. There are 3 bedrooms, the main has a queen bed ( 'Sleeping Duck' mattress), bedroom two has 2 single beds (1 being a king single) and one trundle bed and bedroom 3 another queen bed. The bathroom contains a vanity, shower and separate WC. There’s also a laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities too. There is no linen included and accordingly please feel free to bring your own pillow slips, sheets, doona covers, towels, bathmats & tea towels. Linen can be arranged for a fee so please indicate this when you enquire (please enquire before your booking if you have any questions). Please also note that this is a non smoking property and the minimum booking is for 3 nights.
