There is also an outdoor new 'Ziegler & Brown' BBQ. All the necessities are inside. This includes a 65 inch plasma TV (Apple TV), reverse cycle heating and air conditioning & plenty of books and games. There is a dining table for 8 and large windows throughout provide plenty of light and views out to the garden. The kitchen has all you need with an electric oven and gas cook top, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. There are 3 bedrooms, the main has a queen bed (new 'Sleeping Duck' mattress), bedroom two has 2 single beds (1 being a king single) and one trundle bed and bedroom 3 another queen bed. The bathroom contains a vanity, shower and separate WC. There’s also a laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities too. There is no linen included and accordingly please feel free to bring your own pillow slips, sheets, doona covers, towels, bathmats & tea towels. Linen can be arranged for a fee so please indicate this when you enquire. Please also note that this is a non smoking property and the minimum booking is for 3 nights.
