Comfortable vacation home near Biarritz in a former water mill with a large garden by the river! Very quiet location, large garden, sunny south terrace, tasteful furnishings. The space The house is located on the ground floor and two upper floors. On the ground floor are the kitchen, hallway, and living room. From there, you can access the large garden in front of the former mill ditch, which divides the property. On each floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. In an outbuilding – our so-called studio – there is a shared room with a washing machine, clotheslines, ironing board, and iron. In addition, there are outdoor clothes drying racks. Other things to note Wi-Fi is at your disposal free of charge. If needed, we will gladly provide a baby travel cot and a high chair free of charge. An additional folding bed can also be rented. Upon request, we can provide you with bed linen and towels for a laundry fee. During cooler periods, we can turn on the central heating for you if needed, for a fee to cover the cost of heating oil.
