Caipirinha Villa

we have 11 bedrooms The listed price is good for upto 20 people. we charge php 1,000 per person per night for extra people. please note the van can only hold 16. it is only a small island, so it is easy to make 2 trips or just rent a second van when needed. Also please check the Room / bed layout below, as it is upto you how you share rooms. we just have 4 extra single mattress and 2 baby cribs we can use. PARTIES AND EVENTS _ please ask in advance or it will not be allowed. The space This is a brand new home, with 11 bedrooms and 14bathrooms and 5 full time staff. we have tried our best to think of everything, but if we have forgotten something, please let us know and we will try our best to arrange for you. the pictures of the house speak for themselves, but it is our staff and service that will truly give you a memorable vacation. there is a large 20 metre infinity swimming pool with spectacular views of the island and 6 person heated jaccuzzi. there is a billiard table, large indoor dining table for 14 people and outdoor table for 12, fully equipped kitchen and large BBQ. the living room has a 60inch tv with netflix and movies we also keep a selection of board games. there is a music system with speakers throughout the whole downstairs area . we have a selection of music, or bring your own. any device that has a standard jack plug / headphone socket will work. we have wifi in all bedrooms and living room. with 100 MBPS the house is located in a quiet residential area, it is just a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach and a 10 minute drive to the main area of bars and restaurants. the house comes with a full time van and driver on call 24 hrs a day included in the price. we also includes 4 full time maids who will clean, go shopping and cook for you. the maids can cook most food and BBQ and will be happy to help you do your own cooking if you wish. we also have a selection of take away menus , pizza etc. that the staff will be happy to order for you. the staff can also book restaurants or activities for you, just let them know and they will be happy to help. if you prefer your privacy, please just tell the staff and they will only come when requested. they live just underneath the house, so you can call them anytime. we keep a selection of basic food,tea, coffee, milk wine, beer, soft drinks etc. which you can order from us , or else you can goto the mall and do your own shopping with the help of the staff if required. we also have a 24hr back up generator in case of power outages. if you have any specific requests of things you would like us to provide on arrival, then pls just send us a list and we will do our best PARTIES and EVENTS we have done many birthday and wedding cocktail parties for upto 100 people but please ask in advance or this will not be allowed. generally we have a cover charge of php 300 per person over the amount of guests staying in the villa. we can do the food or arrange a catering company, please ask for details. WE DO NOT ALLOW OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINKS FOR PARTIES please note the bedroom layout as follows... there is 1 room king bed on the ground pool level 3 rooms with one king bed on 1st floor 2 rooms with 2 double beds also on 1st floor master bedroom has 1 king bed on 2nd / top floor on the level below the pool there is 1 bedroom with king bed. *** all the above have balcony and ocean view. also on the floor below the pool 1 room has 1 king bed . and just 1 small window 1 room has 2 double beds but there are no windows . 1 small room has 1 double bed and no windows and no real closet space. this room is best for kids. *** All rooms have en suite bathroom , aircon, 40" tv ,en suite bathrooms with towels, soap, shampoo,hairdryer
