Set in beautiful landscaped gardens, this deluxe 2 bedroom wooden Thai style villa is situated on Bang Po beach with breathtaking views of the pool and beachfront. The living room with adjoining kitchen, dining area and large terrace to sit outside and watch the ocean, make for a perfect Thai getaway. Two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms with daily maid cleaning and linen change twice a week. Water and electricity included. This one is directly facing the sea. The site is private and secluded and also features a shared swimming pool along with plenty of sun loungers for everyone. Should guests fancy some shade from the sun, there is also a pool-side sala for sitting and relaxing. Daily maid cleaning with linen change every 4 days. Water and electricity included. Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at B7.5 per unit plus 7% vat. Average daily consumption based on 4 people sharing, would equate to B100 per person per day. A copy of all passports are required before or upon check in to comply with Thai law.
