Beautiful Spacious Sunlit Suite

Your home away from home perfect for vacation, work or visiting with Utah family! Super cozy, lots of space to spread out, tons of sunlight, fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. This is not your ordinary MIL apartment. It’s HUGE and at ground level with TONS of windows that open up into a beautiful private yard with patio. Enjoy mountain, city views and sunsets along with miles of walking/biking trails right from the house and adjacent park! There are no shared spaces inside or outside. The space This fully furnished guest suite is as big as a house with 1,800 SF giving your group plenty of room to spread out! It is completely separate from the main house with a private entrance and yard, you’ll hardly see us! All beds have new mattresses purchased in 2022! There is parking in the driveway for up to 3 guest vehicles. Guest suite has its own water heater, air conditioner and heater so you can set the temperature to your preference. The gas fireplace also heats up the living room and has an automatic blower to disperse the heat. The huge dining table has 6 chairs plus a bench and 2 bar stools for additional seating and an extra extension leaf if needed to seat 10 people! Desk in kitchen. Welcome snacks! Games and children’s toys! Pickleball paddles and balls provided, courts are located at park behind house. Guest access You have your own private entrance with a keypad to come and go as you please. Lots of closet space and storage for skis, snowboards, bikes, etc.! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for preparing meals including spices. Coffee, tea, creamer, sugar and Splenda are included. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion and hair dryers are provided in the bathrooms. Other things to note Please be aware that we have a cat and small dogs. They do not have access to the apartment but those with severe allergies may be affected. The small bedroom with the full size bed does not have a window and therefore only has a curtain for a door because of fire code. Also the queen bedroom has privacy curtains that close across the glass French doors. You can request an earlier check-in 48 hrs in advance and I'll accommodate you if I can get the place cleaned early. You can also request a late checkout. When checking out please text me to let me know your party is gone.
