Vacation rental with a private pool

Private house (located along a street), private swimming pool 8/4 m, village (5-minute walk). 2 bedrooms with remote control wall fans in summer (October to May) beds (1 bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 single bed and 1 smaller bedroom with 1 double bed), possibility of air conditioning for an additional fee in summer from November to May (use only at night), deposit on arrival of €800, rules of the house on arrival, noise prohibited. The space Rooms equipped with remote-controlled wall fans available in summer from November to May) AIR CONDITIONING WITH SURCHARGE (payable on site) IN SUMMER IS FOR NIGHT USE ONLY (air conditioning cannot be used continuously, only at night from November to May). Other things to note Security deposit to be provided upon arrival by check of €1000 returned on the day of departure after the inventory. You can park a maximum of 2 cars at the rental. Internal regulations to be read upon arrival. The owner will come very early in the morning (discreetly) to clean the skimmer filter (bottom terminal has been plugged).
