I recently bought masks from overseas. I will give some of them to my guest for free. The guest bathrooms were recently remodeled. I will update pics soon.The price will be the same. My place is a great location for reaching locations in Plano, Frisco, North Dallas and surrounding areas. Less than 10 minutes from 121, Dallas Parkway, and 75. You’ll love my place because of the natural light (many large windows), spacious living room, the comfy bed, the high ceilings, and the clean environment. The space The room has a comfortable queen-sized bed. There is a large walk-in closet and private vanity (sink). The bathroom is semi-private. The room, also, has a dresser, nightstand, and wooden desk. Guest access The guest has access throughout the house, including the laundry room; however, the Master Suite and downstairs living area, and office, are for owner only. Guests are welcome to use the upstairs living area and tv. Use of kitchen will be discussed upon arrival. During your stay I have been living in the Plano/Dallas area for 10 years now, and I have great recommendations for activities and restaurants. Please feel free to use the fridge to store a few groceries; we have a shelf designated for your use. Other things to note I provide toiletries ( shampoo, shower gel, soap, towels, bedsheets…) and more which is an option. If you need something please let me know. • I grow some vegetables and fruits in my backyard, you are welcome to enjoy :). • I have security cameras installed in the public areas around the house. • The laundry room rule - open on weekends (normally), one load per guest a week. If you need special needs, please let me know and we will try to work out. . The kitchen is partially open for the guest during Covid19 -mini kitchen.
