Detached holiday home in Eckwarderhörne, with unobstructed views of the dike

Our cottage is located in the holiday village Eckwarderhörne, in a quiet location with an unobstructed view of meadows, fields and Cape horns. The nearby North Sea beach is just as easy to reach on foot as the children's playgrounds located in the holiday village. The house has a cozy living room with satellite TV and a 'connected conservatory', which invites you to linger with its views. Directly adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen with a cozy seating niche. The modern bathroom is equipped with toilet, washing and shower facilities. A master bedroom, a nursery and another sleeping or Guest rooms on the upper floor, which can be reached by a narrow spiral staircase, offer sleeping facilities for a total of up to 6 people. A stove in the living room, as well as high quality patio furniture, a washing machine and a parking lot next to the house are just a few of the advantages that the house has to offer. In addition to the flat screen TV in the living room, the house has a flat screen TV both in the master bedroom on the ground floor, and in the bedroom upstairs. In addition to the televisions, the multimedia offer includes a Blu Ray DVD player in the living room, DVD players on all TVs and a stereo system for USB sticks, CDs and radio reception. Even on bad days you can pass the time with the available Wii. The sleeping area upstairs is accessible via a narrow spiral staircase and offers an unforgettable view both in the morning and in the evening over the fields, on the surrounding dike and Cape Horn. The room height of the upper floor is about 1.70 in the middle of the room and is therefore as a bed for the 5th & 6. Person well suited. In addition to the previous features already described, the house has a modern landscaped garden with rockery. In addition to the massive seating set with cushions, the rest on the deck chairs for sunbathing is nothing in the way. Both an electric and charcoal grill are also available. Enjoy a cozy end to the day in the garden while barbecuing with the setting sun. Even in times of bad weather you feel as comfortable in the living room by the burning fireplace as when warming up after long spring, autumn or winter walks. Best recovery is possible in every season. A selection of books, CDs, DVDs and board games is available. For the little ones we also offer toys, as well as a high chair and a travel cot with blanket and pillows for free to use. Please bring your own bed linen.
