Ski in/ Out "The Rabbit Hole" @ Columbine Condo's

"The Rabbit Hole" is a perfectly sized cozy condo nestled into one of the best complexes right on the Mtn. of Crested Butte. With ski,bike & hike in/out access, this is a highly desired location. Breath taking views & a quiet serenity you will enjoy! My little unit is equipped with a queen bed & optional air mattress for your little one. Code access to get in and out of the unit. Hot tub and BBQ access just feet away. Walk down to the base in 4 mins and catch the free shuttle! The space ***This is a 30 day minimum rental only! *** My unit was completely overhauled by myself. Brand new stainless steel stove/convection oven, & wine fridge. I stocked the kitchen with essentials as well as mostly new items. Equipped with a percolator,French press, toaster, electric griddle, air fryer and coffee beans! There is also a small crockpot for ski apres soup :) Come back from an awesome day of biking, hiking, or skiing and hit the hot tub! It's beautiful views make it hard to get out! I also have two portable chairs if you want to hit the Live music on Wednesday nights in the summer season at Mountaineer Square! My place isn't the biggest but it's definitely a perfect little nook for a couples retreat! Just steps out of the door is the hot tub area and laundry is just above my unit, also laundry in the second building as well. Quarters only, which you’ll have to get off site. Feel free to snuggle on the couch and enjoy Netflix, HuLu, Amazon or cable! Or bring your own DVD :) PLEASE NOTE: This building has a very strict policy of NO DOGS/PETS. Unless you are the owner. I did not make this rule, this is a strict HOA POLICY. If you bring your dog/pet anyway, you will be asked to leave immediately and NO REFUND will be given for your stay/booking. Download the "First Tracks app" and get a free van pick up at the front door of the condo. Drop off at base area. This same app should also be available to use for a ride up the mountain after dinner and a night of drinks. Fee may be included for that. Don't forget to tip your driver. Guest access Access to a hot tub and BBQ area with a gazebo type seating. Access to the mountain just steps away. Also steps away from the base area- just a short walk down the path. Find Camp4 coffee and other fun shops right at Mountaineer square. Take the FREE shuttle (Mountain Express) from Mountaineer Square into town. Check schedule times for summer and winter through (URL HIDDEN) Trash and recycling receptacles in the upper parking lot. Follow stairs to the left of the hot tub and up to top parking lot. Free parking in front of unit for one car. Addison also car must park up top in upper parking lot if no front space is provided. RV parking ok. No RV Electric hookup and no RV waste dumping allowed. Other things to note Note: If you see that the price is higher during Ski Season it is because this building is SKI IN/SKI OUT... with free parking. You ski down to the lift and back in to the building by taking Red Lady Lift up and ski down staying on the green runs to Columbine Hill. Other places may be listed as ski in/ski out, and still have a parking fee per day. Or you need a shuttle to get to the unit(not mine!)
