The pool area is decked with sunbeds, seated area and views across the mediteranean sea, The terrace is covered with a view panning the 3 countries of Spain, Gibraltar and Morocco on a clear day. The dining table on the front terrace faces the sea and you can watch the sunrise in the morning, there is a barbecue and seating for everyone. For the winter months there are open log fireplaces for those cosy nights in. There is a grassed area to the back of the house and the front has a decked pool area with a large covered terrace. Perfectly situated for exploring both the Costa del Sol and Costa de la Luz. Cadiz, Jerez, Seville and Malaga are located within 1-2 hours drive while many of the white villages of Andalucia are a short distance away. The glitzy resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus are a 40 minute drive. The beach is a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute drive with car park and parking on the beach there are watersports (booked through the hotel) beach bars and restaurants. For those who just want to relax, the 8m x 4m private pool is surrounded a large decked area, with outside bar, barbecue and dining area for your alfresco meals. There is also a grassed area to the back of the house with a large terrace ideal for children to play on. For the active, water parks, shopping centres, Gibraltar local nature and jogging trails, tennis, padel, sailing and of course golf with the 36 hole Alcaidesa links on site and some of the best courses in Europe, including Valderrama & Sotogrande in the immediate vicinity. Guest access The whole space of the house can be used as well as the back garden which is grassed and the front which has the pool with decking surround and sunbeds.
