Our traditional Provençal farmhouse "la fabrique du 13" of 210 m2 is located less than 10 minutes by car from Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, and 20 minutes from Avignon; close to restaurants, nightlife, but also family-friendly activities. You'll love my place, perfect for families, because of its large outdoor spaces in the countryside, in a quiet and relaxing place, without neighbors, its large living rooms, and its private pool with its landscaped exterior. The space We rent our traditional 210 m2 Provençal farmhouse ("la fabrique du 13"), completely renovated with taste, and perfectly well equipped, as a main residence, since this is the case the rest of the year. It consists of 3 large bedrooms (20 to 25 m2 each), + 1 guest bedroom on the mezzanine; 1 large bathroom with bath and shower, as well as a 2nd bathroom with shower, and a 3rd toilet on the ground floor. The exterior is fully equipped with garden furniture, a large, very pleasant summer living room (with outdoor internet access), deckchairs, Fatboys poufs, its private 8-meter by 6-meter swimming pool protected by electric roller shutter and accessible 24 hours a day, as well as a large tiled terrace with Weber gas barbecue. Our farmhouse is located in a very quiet and relaxing environment, without any neighbors. Each of the rooms of the house is equipped with a latest generation ultra-quiet fan, and our farmhouse remains cool indoors, even in summer, thanks to its traditional thick walls. The beds will be made upon your arrival, and we provide all the linens (even towels for the pool!) ... All you have to do is settle in to rest and enjoy this serene place! Our private individual parking (directly on site) will allow you to park 4 cars in the shelter, + 5 other cars in the courtyard. Cleaning at the end of the stay is included in the price. We also leave all baby equipment available if necessary (baby bed, changing mat, baby bath, bath chair and deckchair, high chair, stroller, etc.). Guest access You'll have access to the entire home, as we rent it out in its entirety. The outdoor area and pool are also private for you, and accessible 24 hours a day. Other things to note We provide coffee as well as tea and herbal teas. Upon arrival, fresh drinks will be waiting for you (water, juice, and local wine).
