You’ll need charcoal lighter , charcoal, and lighter but your welcome to use it. Sometimes guest leave extra, but don’t count on it. The yard is fenced unless you have a really small dog. Please walk perimeter so you’re comfortable with it. Take trash out to the street in blue bin. There should be laundry soap and plenty of coffee, shampoo items, please put dirty laundry in the laundry basket and do your dishes. Thank you!
