East Rim is centrally located to the main skier plaza and is just a short walk to the fastest and biggest high speed lift on the mountain, Purgatory Express. This property is unique because is just a step away from the hustle and bustle, restaurants, shops and skiing amenities of the primary base village at Purgatory Resort, but it offers a more private and quiet existence with views that cannot be beat in the region. You have immediate access to all the resort amenities, and fantastic value in this fully remodeled and exceptional residence. This residence was remodeled in February of 2015 and both bathrooms were completely remodeled in 2018. Bed Configuration (all 3 bedrooms are downstairs): Bedroom 1 - Queen Bedroom 2 - Full 3rd - Bunk Bed (single over single) - Note access to the bunk room is thru the Master Bedroom Main Living Space - Queen Pull Out Sofa There is a full bathroom upstairs and downstairs (not attached to a bedroom) as well as a washer and dryer (laundry detergent provided) and a BBQ gas grill on the deck. This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
