It has one small balcony but it is still very quiet and relaxing since it does not face a main street. It also has a dinning table in case you wish to cook at home. The situation is terrific, right in the hearth of Madrid, in a pedestrian area, but at the same time easy to reach by car. There are public parkings around which offer special rates in case you come by car. If not, forget about the car as this is the perfect location to explore the city by foot!. You will also be 15 min walk or 5 min taxi/car from Atocha Renfe train station which will allow you to spent a one day trip in the near cities of Segovia, El Escorial, Avila and Toledo. Other things to note This is a pedestrian street, only taxis and resident's car are allowed to drive to get to their parking or drop off passengers.
