Yes, we have increased our deep cleaning protocols and sanitising policies in light of pandemic control guidelines. Facilities: Two story well appointed true 1960's kiwi bach style. Fully furnished and equipped for that getaway holiday experience. Tank water, on demand pressure sensitive water pump. Large lawn for activities and parking. Fully fenced. Excellent cell phone reception and WIFI. Bed linen, towels, face cloths, and beach towels included. Please note: no internal access between floors. Upper level access is by external staircase. There is a child gate at the top of the staircase. Separate queen bedroom downstairs, off the bunk room (with another queen bed). The King bedroom is upstairs. Tutukaka 5 minutes by car for petrol, shop, restaurants and marina. Ngunguru 8 minutes by car for wider range of supplies, takeaway food, golf course, multisports and club house. Special conditions: * Maximum number of occupants allowed to overnight on the property is 10 * There is a built-in seat around the balcony. No child or adult is permitted to stand on the seat and lean over the rail. * Items in garage are not for guest use sorry, garage is usually locked *Small red dinghy available free of charge, oars and floatation vests included * Pets are not allowed. We may make a specific exception for a small pet, but only upon enquiry and agreement. * Please note, some of our family have a small dog with us when we stay at the bach, in case you have a relevant allergy. Bond hold on your Credit Card- released/refundable if standards met (Required, NZ$600.00 per stay); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean/vacuum the house and do the dishes before you leave. Pricing: the base rental includes two guests, with a per-person/per-night charge for all others. This appears as a lump sum "additional guest" charge in the VRBO price breakdown statement. Please do not be alarmed when you see it at the second installment request. It is not additional to the original quoted total.
