Clunead, 100 steps to the dunes.

Clunead is in the tradition of the Kiwi Bach and has a fabulous location – just a minute's walk to beautiful Bream Bay. You can swim, surf or play on the beach or walk for miles along the beach in either direction. If fishing is your thing, bring your gear. If it’s wet, there are games to play, jigsaws and books for young and old. Or watch a DVD, a collection for all ages. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house has a heat-pump to cool in summer and heat in winter. The space The house is solid brick and tile with its own part in the interesting history of Marsden Village. The interior been painted throughout and the floors polished. It is fresh, while retaining its original character. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. For coffee lovers, there is a Nespresso coffee machine. BYO Nespresso-compatible coffee pods. The master and second bedrooms have electric blankets with wheatbags available in the third bedroom. All beds have mattress toppers and are very comfortable. Please note that although the interior of the house has been recently redecorated and is comfortably furnished the exterior is still a work in progress. There is a large flat back lawn suitable for playing on, but is is not fully fenced and is not child-proof and the concrete paths are uneven. Guest access The whole house is available.
