Dragons Knoll is nestled perfectly on the mountain and is only is only 10 minutes to Downtown Asheville, and 15 minutes to Biltmore Estate. Enjoy this fantasy inspired home while sitting by the cozy gas fireplace, or while sipping your coffee in bed gazing out of the round bedroom door. The space Ninety percent of this home is built into the earth. The front of the home opens up with a large glass door looking out on a breathtaking layered mountain view. This dwelling features many unique designs and decorative touches, including two handmade round doors! There is one bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom with a sink, toilet, and a walk-in shower. The large living area includes a queen-size futon bed, kitchenette, gas fireplace, SmartTV, and wifi. Also, kick back in the outdoor space around the fire pit and take in a magical sunset! In the kitchen, we provide caffeinated coffee, creamers for coffee, sugar, and light snacks along with cookware, flatware, utensils, cutting boards, cookware, coffee cups, etc. There is not a vent for the electric cooktop located under the cabinet (there is NO stove), so we ask that you cook lightly. There is an electric grill to cook meat, etc. Ingles, Trader Joe’s Harris Teeter, and Fresh Market grocery stores are located nearby.
