The loft is in a quiet neighborhood within biking/walking distance to acclaimed downtown Traverse City restaurants and the bay. 2 miles to Cherry Capital Airport, 20 minutes to Interlochen Center for the Arts, 45 minutes to Sleeping Bear Dunes, 10 minutes to Munson Hospital. In every direction beautiful towns and beaches. Home to the National Cherry Festival, dozens of wineries, Iceman Cometh, Ironman, trail and single track riding at its finest. The space Full kitchen with induction cooktop and convection microwave, apartment sized refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, dishware, silverware, cookware etc. Living room with sofa, free TV and free WiFi. Space for a single or couple in a separate bedroom with a queen bed and linens. En-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, and towels. In floor radient heat and mini split air conditioning. Guest access You will have private access to the whole loft and parking space. In the winter, park in the garage. In the summer, our yard and porch may be shared with us. Other things to note We respect our neighbors so we have a NO PET, NO SMOKING policy. This loft has a typical flight of stairs, as it is above a garage. Above the garage means our garage doors may go up and down a couple times a day. There is NOT a washer or dryer.
