Open and bright renovated 2 bed main floor unit in a quiet 4-plex in beautiful Seward neighborhood. Close to everything. Nice Ride bike station 1/2 block away-bike path 2 blocks. 5 minutes to US Bank Stadium, Gopher's stadium, St. Thomas, Macalester, St. Catherine, & Minneapolis Convention Center. Great restaurants, grocery stores & Mississippi River all within walking distance. Blocks from the Metro Blue Line Train - easy access to Mall of America, both airports, Target Field TCF Bank Stadium. The space The unit is bright and has been recently updated. The sunroom has a comfortable chaise lounge to read or relax. It also has a desk in case you have to do any kind of work (let's hope not). The living room has a couch along with a chair. The formal dining room has a large table and 6 chairs. The large HDTV with Roku and YouTubeTV has all the standard channels (ESPN, CNN, etc.) There is free wifi. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, electric teapot, coffeemaker, spices. There is coffee and tea, sugar, truvia and creamers for your enjoyment. There is also snack bars but no formal breakfast. Both beds are full beds and very comfortable. There is a pull out sofa bed. Please let me know if you will be using and we'll make sure there is an additional set of bedding for you. There is coin operated laundry in the basement. Minneapolis' Nice Ride bike station is 1/2 block away. Rent bikes for $6 an hour. The Greenway bike path is 2 blocks away and it will lead you to the lakes of Minneapolis or head to the Mississippi River and St. Paul. It is blocks away from great restaurants -- see my recommendation page for restaurants. There is off-street parking in the back and feel free to use the backyard. If you have a pet, there is $80 pet cleaning fee. Please seek pet approval before booking. Guest access You will have your entire 2 bedroom unit to yourself.
