Private apartment on this country estate located near beaches (aprox 5 miles), wineries & the Monarch butterfly habitat. One bedroom w/queen sized bed over looking oak trees. The living room includes a sofa bed that sleeps 2. Full kitchen and dining room area with a table that seats 6 Satellite TV & high speed internet included. No smoking/No Pets/Must be 25 years of age or older to book this property. The space The apartment is private with a private entrance. You will have the entire apartment to yourself. It has everything you will need for your stay. Oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, wifi and cable tv. Other things to note Patty lives in the main part of the house but keeps to herself unless you need anything. *NOTE* this is a NON SMOKING PROPERTY inside and out!! If we find signs of smoking (smell, butts, etc.) you will be asked to move with no refund and a bad review for not respecting the rules. If you are staying 30 nights or more, there will be an increase in the cleaning fee of $80 which you will be requried to pay through Airbnb prior to your arrival. Also, please note if you want mail or packages delivered to you during your stay, you will need to set up a P.O. box at the Post Office. The nearest post office is in Pismo Beach.
