Rental unit in Marietta

This efficiency apartment is part of a 19th century home in historic Marietta, PA. The apartment has it's own private entrance so it is completely separate from our actual house. We are right in the heart of historic Marietta, PA. Enjoy the historic architecture of an old train town and unique and vibrant bars/restaurants that Marietta has to offer. Marietta is located on the Susquehanna river in Lancaster county and is a convenient central location to Lancaster, York and Harrisburg. The space A small studio great for a weekend getaway or if you’re just passing through! It has its own private bathroom with a large soaking tub. There is no kitchen in the apartment, but we do have some basic kitchen appliances and utensils. There is a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and mini fridge. There are also plates, bowls, glasses, mugs and silverware available for guests to use. ***PLEASE READ PARKING INSTRUCTIONS, IT IS ON STREET PARKING ONLY*** On our immediate street there is on street metered parking only. It runs Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm and only $1.50/hour). One block parallel to us is Front Street where there is always free street parking. Guest access You will have full access to the efficiency apartment which includes it's own bathroom and a minimal kitchen setup. The apartment is 100% private! Other things to note The TV includes Netflix, Hulu and Disney+ streaming services. At the risk of turning guests away, please note that Marietta is an old train town and trains still run along the river. They can be heard in the distance from the apartment. Most guests are unbothered by the trains and some find them charming. But if you are an extra light sleeper, Marietta may not be the town for you.
