Mt Coolum Hideaway:Pool Luxury Nature Views Relax

Mt Coolum Hideaway is perched amongst the trees with spectacular hinterland views, sparkling pool on the expansive front deck and the beach only 2 km away. This is a home you will love with two living areas, five bedrooms and a huge kitchen. We want our guests to feel welcome and to relax, but advise that we are a strictly no party home. *Pets on application only. *Check in on Public Holiday or Sunday on application only. *Groups 6 adults & over or no reviews must enquire prior to booking. The space Mt Coolum Hideaway sits on the side of Mt Coolum and is spread over three levels. The first level consists of an spacious entertainment room with a lounge, table tennis table, board games and puzzles. Up a flight of stairs is the second and main level which consists of kitchen, dining and living, laundry, bathroom and separate toilet, three bedrooms and the deck and pool. The bedrooms are made up of a room with a queen sized bed, and two triple rooms, one with a bunk and the other with a double and single bed. A single bedroom and king bedroom with large ensuite and walk in robe are on the uppermost level of the house. Mt Coolum Hideaway is up a steep driveway and parking is available in the carport and beside the house. The garage is unfortunately unavailable to guests as it is reserved for the use of the owners. There is limited street parking so the property may not be suitable to groups with more than three vehicles. We want you to feel welcome and enjoy your stay but do have house rules that we require you to abide by: * No parties or events. * Please be aware that there is a very strict NO SMOKING or vaping policy on the property. *Please do not move furniture unless approval is sought and given. * No additional guests or visitors allowed. Owners/property manager must be advised of any additonal guests. * No noise after 9.00p.m. * Please be considerate of our neighbours. * Please supervise children in the pool. * No pets allowed unless by prior approval. * No shoes with heels inside the home. * Please be sure to turn off the lights, fans and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. * Please place dishes in dishwasher and turn on before checkout. * Please be aware our home is in a bushland setting and children should be supervised whilst outside. We also wish to advise that we have external security cameras installed which enable us to protect our home and monitor guest numbers and noise. Please note: the breaking any of the rules will end in instant eviction and no refund. We will require a photograph of your drivers license upon booking request. ****Please enquire rather than request to book for all stays less than 5 nights over school holidays and less than 7 nights over the Christmas period. ****Please enquire rather than request for any check in date which is a Sunday or Public Holiday. Guest access Guests have use of the entire home except the locked garage. Some cupboards in the entertainment room and the laundry are locked and are for the use of owners. Other things to note Pls do not request check in or out for Public Holiday unless host has approved. If you could please enquire rather than request to book we may be able to accommodate you. The house has multiple sets of stairs. If this may be an issue please contact us via an enquiry and we will be happy to answer your questions. Our driveway is very steep but safe. Our guests love their stay at Mt Coolum Hideaway but we need to emphasize that we are not a good fit for groups intending to party.
