The space Living Open plan living is the essence of this home on the ground floor incorporating the kitchen, dining, lounge and outdoor area but it doesn’t stop there when you walk up the stunning wooden staircase you are welcomed with a light filled sitting area with access to one of the balconies where you can soak up the sun in private. Kitchen & Outdoor Entertaining Forming the entertaining hub of this home is the gourmet gally style kitchen with private butlers pantry and views to the indoor and outdoor dining areas, the pool and you can cook taking in the skyline views of Broadbeach. The outdoor dining area boasts an large undercover dining area looking over the pool with an in built BBQ and a lush gardens with allows for year round alfresco dining. Bedrooms The master suite has a luxurious ensuite with a double shower and a huge walk in wardrobe, the master also boasts are large balcony overlooking the water and skyline of Broadbeach. There are 2 other bedrooms on the top floor sharing a large bathroom and the 3 remaining bedrooms on the ground floor. Bedding Configuration – Sleeps 12 Bedroom 1 King with ensuite, bathroom, walk in wardrobe and large balcony Bedroom 2 King (or 2 Long Singles) balcony Bedroom 3 King (or 2 Long Singles) Bedroom 4 King (or 2 Long Singles) Bedroom 5 2 Long Singles Bedroom 6 King with ensuite bathroom NB where options available beds will be made up as Kings unless otherwise advised by guest. Bed Splitting $10 per room if required. All advertised rates include a $200 Service Fee plus standard cleaning and linen charge Outdoor & For Kids There are so many options at this house for the kids to enjoy, they can swim all day long in the crystal blue pool, they can run around on the grass in either the private fenced front yard or the grassed courtyard overlooking the water. Kids can watch TV in the main lounge while still in sight or they can retreat upstairs to the separate living area and play a board game or read a book. Facilities The six spacious bedrooms multiple indoor/outdoor living areas ensures there is ample room for everyone whether you be a group of friends, colleagues or families holidaying together.
