Only a quick 10-minute drive lands you on the sandy beaches and lively Boardwalk of Ocean City. Park in the driveway and step into your own private escape! Each bedroom offers breathtaking water views, private patio access, full closets, and dressers. The first bedroom features two twin beds that easily transform into a luxurious King bed, while the second bedroom boasts a spacious King bed. In the comfy living room, unwind on the couch or in the two reclining chairs. The fully stocked bathroom includes fresh towels and extra toiletries, and you'll find beach towels in the closet for your beach day needs. Your kitchenette is a gem, equipped with a full-sized fridge with an ice maker, a sink, a microwave, a toaster oven, a portable induction cooktop (perfect for whipping up your favorite meals), a coffee pot, and a blender for those delightful frozen drinks. Forgot something? No worries, just give us a shout! Relax in your own slice of paradise on the private patio in this serene neighborhood by the water. And to add to the charm, your patio hosts a propane gas fire pit, a gas grill, and an outdoor dining table – the perfect setup for enjoying cozy, starlit evenings. We have a valid rental license #1297 issued by Worcester County, MD, with an occupancy maximum of 6 people. You and your guests will have private access to the entire lower level of the house. You will not be sharing this space with anyone else. The outside covered patio is also a private space for you. Meet John and Julie, your easygoing and peaceful hosts! While our adorable pups, Stella & Bandit, enjoy making new friends, they won't be visiting your suite – it's all yours for utmost privacy. The lower-level space is completely separate, giving you an apartment-style setup to relax and unwind. During the summertime, you might catch a glimpse of us launching our boat from the dock. We're more than happy to share top tourist spots and local favorites, assist with grocery shopping tips, or answer any queries you have. Generally, we respect your space and privacy, but if you ever need us, a quick text or call is all it takes! Ocean Pines is a beautiful community (Forbes 2017 Best Places to Retire) that's just minutes from the Ocean City beaches, outlet shopping, the town of Berlin (named "The Coolest Small Town in America"), Ocean Downs Casino, and too many fabulous restaurants and night spots to mention! The people are super friendly, and the neighborhood is quiet, which can be a nice change of pace from the hustle and bustle of downtown Ocean City. Here, you can be as close to the activities, or as far from the crowds as you like! It's best to have your own vehicle, but if you don't feel like driving there is a shuttle bus that runs from Ocean Pines to Berlin, the West Ocean City Park and Ride, and the Marina. It costs $1 each way and runs from 10am-10pm during the summer season. Uber is another option for getting to and from Ocean City in the summertime. We keep the home at 72 degrees Fahrenheit (22.2 degrees Celsius) in the Summer and 70 degrees in the Winter (21.1 degrees Celsius). There is a thermostat to control your own heat settings. Our internet speed is 200Mbps download. Wifi, N300/300 up to 300Mbps. Depending on your device, you shouldn't have any trouble streaming movies!
