Modern, very comfortable open plan home on 4 bush acres. Large outdoor decks front and back. Lots of wildlife - local kangaroos often visit - and you'll hear the beach roar most nights. Only a few minutes drive to five national park beaches that are wildly beautiful. Access to the two main pavilions. Well-appointed kitchen and two large living areas. Outdoor dining and sitting areas on the decks. Two bathrooms and an outdoor cold water shower for after-beach visits. Note: this is a loved family home that we share, not a hotel. There is no linen service. Check in is 3pm and checkout is 11am. Self-service key access. The home is yours to enjoy. Please note: we are based many hours from the property so are not on call to immediately physically 'fix' things if there is a problem. But the property is very well maintained and we give great phone support for the occasional life-in-the-bush issues. Very peaceful and quiet on 4.5 acres. Located in a quiet hamlet of acreages. Great restaurants and markets 10 minutes up the road at Moruya or Tuross. Sorry. There is no public transport this far south. You can fly in to Moruya airport and hire a car there. You will need to bring your own linen - sheet sets and doona covers (doonas supplied) plus towels. The house will be cleaned after your visit but we expect it will be left tidy.
