Modern West Ketchum Alpenglow Guest Suite

This private 600 square foot guest suite was constructed in the summer of 2016. It is just off the bike path and walking distance to the amenities of Ketchum. The unit has a private entrance and is locked off from the main house to ensure privacy. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families looking for the convenience of being close to town and the Sun Valley Ski Area. The space There is a large, private balcony with a bistro dining set and Adirondack Chairs for taking in the views of the Boulder and Pioneer mountains. The bedroom has a queen bed. There is an airbed and/or couch available for one individual to sleep in the living room, if needed. The unit has a private bath with over-sized shower. It also has a washer/dryer, refrigerator, and dishwasher. For entertainment, there is a 55" flat screen TV with DirecTV and SurroundSound. Guest access Guests access the 600 square foot suite via a private exterior staircase. Once in the space, they have complete and private use of the living area, bed room and bathroom. There is also a private 5' x 16' veranda with dining table and Adirondack chairs. Other things to note Please note there is no cooktop/burner or full size oven in the unit. There is a refrigerator, microwave, toaster over, coffee maker and hot water kettle along with many kitchen utensils for guest use.
