Complimentary tea, coffee, milk and a well stocked pantry with all the basics you need. Linen and bath and beach towels will also be supplied including shampoo, conditioner, body wash (Thank You products) for every booking, making it that little bit easier to just pack up and get away...... The main living is on the top level with stunning views of the water, the lounge is open plan with comfortable sofas, a large TV, DVD player and fireplace, perfect for keeping warm on those cold winter nights. Sliding doors open onto a large sunny deck where you can relax with a book or cook a BBQ on those gorgeous summer days we have here on the Island. The property features a stunning European kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking a gourmet meal for the whole family or a group of friends. Also upstairs are the primary and secondary bedrooms, the main bedroom has a super king bed. As a wheelchair-friendly property, the staircase is also equipped with a stair chair or chair lift (access must be requested). The upstairs bathroom features a separate shower and a luxurious bath. Downstairs is the second lounge area with a TV and comfortable sofas with sliding doors opening onto another deck with more beautiful views of the water and a wheelchair ramp giving access to the beautiful landscaped garden. Off from the lounge area is a second kitchen again with electric cooking and a bar fridge, making this property perfect for two families. There are also another two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a queen bed and another with a tri-bunk and bunk bed making this home able to accommodate 11 guests very comfortably. The property is registered for 11 guests in total, and please note that this includes infants. The laundry is complete with a Miele washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron. The bathroom and toilet are wheelchair accessible. The property also has a 2 car garage and an outdoor shower for washing off after a day at the beach. You will not be disappointed after your stay at this property, you will want to return again and again!
