Each housing unit of the Residence Villa Ebner has its own reserved space that is easily identifiable thanks to fences and reed screens that guarantee the privacy of our guests. The three units have a common reference in the Sardinian oven, with its BBQ, which is a common space available to all guests. Not infrequently, this space represents an opportunity to socialize with people who share the same concept of vacation: experiencing nature in tranquility and respecting the environment and others. Precisely to offer our guests a quiet and relaxing environment, we ask you to avoid shouting and screaming, especially during the afternoon rest hours (2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.) and after 11:00 p.m. For the same reason, we kindly ask you not to listen to music at a volume that can be heard from a distance and not to play ball on the property. We believe it is important to pay special attention to the environment. The Municipality of S.Anna Arresi practices separate waste collection, door-to-door. We recommend that you strictly adhere to the calendar and instructions available in the homes. Often, in summer, the public aqueduct provides water only three days a week. On the remaining days, the water supply is guaranteed by our deposits (11,000 liters). It is therefore necessary to make careful use of water (avoiding waste, taking short and not intense showers, etc.). For the same reason, it is not allowed to wash clothes except for underwear. If you are a smoker, we kindly ask you to remove cigarette butts smoked on the beach. One last thing, no less important than the previous ones: loving nature means protecting it with active behavior as well. When you go to the beach or during walks along the coast, you may find plastic residues, cigarette butts and other similar items brought by the sea or left by uncivilized people on the ground. For this reason, it is our custom to bring a bag to collect and remove what is dirtying the territory. It would be wonderful if, as far as possible, you could do the same, because living green is also awareness of having contributed to preserving an area of the highest environmental value. And speaking of environmental value, we inform you that the beach in front of the Residence, known as Spiaggia dei Francesi, can sometimes have deposits of what many improperly call "algae". In reality, it is Mediterranean Posidonia, a marine plant that indicates an unpolluted sea. The deposit on the beach is an absolutely natural phenomenon and is caused by the winds blowing from the south and southeast, and is removed by the mistral. Deposition and removal occur at unpredictable times, even relatively quickly. Since the beach is a public place, if the presence of Posidonia disturbs you, we are sorry, but we cannot do anything either to avoid it or to inform you in real time of the condition of the beach, as both are beyond our prerogatives and responsibilities.
