Other things to note Pool usage: During the winter months, the pool may be chilly as it is not heated. However, you are welcome to use if you choose. Absolutely NO glass in pool area. Please use cans or non-glass containers. Plastic cups provided. The pool equipment is not to be touched or tampered with. If a guest does so, they are subject to eviction & will also be charged a flat fee of $150. We do not have a hot tub/jacuzzi. The small square area is simply a decorative fountain. French’s Pool Cleaning is our weekly pool cleaning service that come once a week for your convenience & usage. Please leave pool screen door unlocked for them. If they show up and cannot access our swimming pool, their visit will still count as a service visit. If they have to come back to service the pool due to no access, there will be an extra service charge for the visit of $50, which will be the responsibility of the guest. Grill usage: If guests choose to use the grill, there’s a gas station right down the street for propane fill/exchanges. Propane fills/exchange costs are the guest responsibility. Please clean grill thoroughly when finished. This is here for all guests’ convenience. Failure to clean the grill before guest departure will result in an extra cleaning fee of $40. Late checkout without prior arrangements with the host will be charged $50 hourly to guest as our cleaning staff has a set schedule. This property is equipped with a ring doorbell at the front entrance facing the driveway. This home is also equipped with two Hawk HD cameras with one facing the driveway & one facing the pool pump & equipment. All cameras will be on.
