The space Charming farmhouse in Lost River with Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, marble and glass tile baths, 9 foot ceilings and comfortable furniture. The front porch provides a nice space to relax with a book, coffee or glass of wine - especially to watch the sunset! Newly installed: fiber for internet- super fast, Apple TV for Netflix/Hulu and Verizon repeater so you can use your VZ cell out there! Relax and enjoy nature on the large "treehouse" deck that has Adirondack chairs, large 6 person dining table and a new high-end Weber grill. Note we charge a $100 pet fee per visit. We have a new reverse osmosis filter at the kitchen sink and a water conditioning system. The nearest store is about a 20 to 30-minute drive away so please be prepared with food or other things you want to have on hand. Other things to note Three great bedrooms make the home perfect for families or couples - two rooms each with a queen bed and a third room with two twin beds. One queen bedroom is downstairs with its own bath and canopy bed (master suite). All bed linens and towels are provided. There are two full baths, one upstairs and one down. The baths have heated marble floors, glass tile walls and high-end fixtures. Soak in the upstairs bath's jetted tub with a window that overlooks the mountains and catch a glimpse of the deer and wild turkeys. The cottage has both central air and heat and dual zones for those who like to sleep with it cool but wake up to a warm downstairs. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, reverse osmosis water filter at kitchen sink, etc.. There is a washer and dryer combo upstairs if you need it. Fiber optics for fast internet, Apple TV with netflix/hulu.
