The house offers a large living room and bedroom, a private bathroom and a large covered terrace with wonderful garden views. The beach and sea are via a private access (only 30 meters away). Our guesthouse is equipped with the following: - 1x double bed - 1x single size bed - fully equipped kitchenette with gas hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, Ketler - Dining table & chairs - Workspace - TV with Netflix - WiFi (Starlink) - Safety box - Stand fan - Air conditioning (included in the price!) In the modern bathroom is located - a spacious shower with hot water -toilet & Pissoir - Wash basin with large mirror On the terrace there is - a table - Chairs - reclining chairs Cleaning (wiping, changing of bed sheets and towels, refilling of toilet paper and soap) takes place every 3 days. On request, we offer the following meals: - Breakfast - Lunch and dinner (in our adjacent, small family restaurant right on the beach) The guesthouse is also ideal for self-catering. It is located between the towns of Cajidiocan and San Fernando, easily accessible by Tricycle or a rental bike. Here you can shop or eat at local restaurants/eateries. It is considered a green pearl in the center of Lake Sibuyan of the same name, as the island is completely protected by nature. A third of the island's surface occupies the Mount Guiting-guiting Natural Park with 157 km² and large areas of coastal plains are designated as mangrove protected areas.
