Fairly new community that offers small ponds throughout for fishing and great for daily walks. We are minutes away from Carriage Trails & Tom Cloud Park, The Rose Music Center, Wright Patt Air Force Base and Museum. There are several grocery stores, restaurants and shopping centers surrounding the community. Therefore your essential needs will be met. We are located just off of I-70, minutes away from I-75 and downtown Dayton. Willing to offer long term stay for guests in town for business. The space Handicap accessible ramp, front porch to sit on and enjoy the community. We are a shoe free home so all guests must remove their shoes before entering. During your stay I and/or my aide will be on the main floor of my home should you have any questions or concerns. We may leave the premises from time to time but can be contacted via cellphone if necessary. Other things to note No smoking is allowed in the home.
