LINEN NOT PROVIDED - King bed sheets only can be hired - please see details in below description THE WHITE HOUSE is a modern 2 storey 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 10 guests with great sea views from the balcony. Upstairs - Open plan kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher,  lounge area with TV, DVD, CD, double doors open on to balcony, outdoor setting. Please note - large coffee machine shown in pictures is no longer available. Main bedroom has an ensuite with vanity, walk in shower and w/c. Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning. Child safety gate for stairs. Downstairs - Living area with TV, DVD, Wii (BYO games), arcade game machine, 3 bedrooms. Main bathroom with vanity, walk in shower and full size bath, separate w/c. Laundry with front loading washing machine, dryer. Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning. Child safety gate for stairs. Gas BBQ, fish cleaning facility, plenty of room for boat and parking. Bed configuration - main bedroom - king, bed 2 - king, bed 3 - queen, bed 4 - 2 x bunks. Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. ** If you have no king bed sheets (top/bottom) they can be hired for $35 per bed - you will still need to take your pillow cases and towels- please advise office staff if you would like to hire them ** Unlimited free Wi-Fi . Edithburgh has an excellent boat ramp, jetty, tidal swimming pool, playground, golf course, deli, fuel, cafe, take away, 2 hotels. Only a minute short drive to the beautiful Sultana Point Beach. No smoking inside Dog friendly - if you would like to bring your dog please contact office staff, a $100 refundable pet bond will be required and will be added on to the existing refundable bond manually.
