It's in the hippest part of town where you can walk and enjoy many of Austin's most iconic restaurants, sites, venues and bars. I’ve hosted weddings, commercials, music videos, historic documentaries commercial photo shoots, house concerts, vinyl listening parties, graduations, wrap parties, fundraisers, “after-the-gig” salons and the infamous “1st Sunday Potluck” every month for 10 years. The space includes four areas suitable for remote working and also includes ample social distancing meeting areas. My decorating style is eclectic and artsy. Or as my grandmother calls it, “Early Garage Sale”! My art studio is on the property as well as a 600 sq. ft apartment. Plenty of privacy between both. It's also on Airbnb. The apt sleeps 5. And then there’s “The Porch”. I’m proud to say it’s inspired songs and paintings. Someone showed up one time with a painting of my porch as a hostess present. It’s a wrap-around that’s 14' wide on the North side. The Bouldin neighborhood is walkable and one of Austin's hippest areas with plenty to do and places to shop, eat, drink and be merry. -1.25 mi from downtown. -15 min to Circuit of the Americas racetrack which hosts the F1 -15 minutes from the ABI Airport - 10 min to Austin Convention Center - 2 blocks from S. Airbnb doesn't account for dogs daily just by the rental period. To avoid being overpaid or underpaid I charge daily. For example, if someone rents for 1 night it's $25. If they rent by the week Airbnb still charges the 1 day rate and I charge the remaining 6 nights ($150) after you book. Most people charge $150- $300 regardless of the amount of days.
