Convenient location near town & just minutes to the #1 crappie lake in the nation. There are two outdoor patios with tables to enjoy, one off the kitchen and one with a grill. The kitchen is fully furnished with cookware and utensils. There’s a fish cleaning station outside. The living room has Satellite TV with lots of channels. And yes, there is a Washer & Dryer. The cottage is in a wooded setting which gives a nice feeling of privacy, while still being close to everything. There’s a circle drive with two gated entrances. Plug-ins for your boats. Room for two boats- parking in the grass is fine (Bring long extension cord)
