We are in the greenest and most genuine Umbria, near Assisi, in a small village called Mosciano where time seems to have stopped. The location is very scenic, with a breathtaking sunset and the town is that of Nocera Umbra: "city of water", recently certified as a "European Oasis" and with a very characteristic medieval old town. The location is strategic to visit the major cultural, historical and religious centers of the region; Assisi, Gubbio, Spello, Montefalco, Bevagna, Spoleto are practically equidistant. We are also just a few kilometers from the fascinating Colfiorito Park, ideal for excursions on foot or by bike and in Rasiglia "the Venice of Umbria" The structure was built after 97 'respecting the highest anti-seismic standards. Apartment consists of: -a large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom where you can add a single bed or a cot. -from a room with an external bathroom equipped with two single beds or one double bed -a large living room / kitchen with a large sofa bed. - from a laundry.
