Golf coarse, soda springs (hot water) nearby, as well as park, Lake Rotoma with excellent trout fishing etc. The House is quite large with three bedrooms upstairs, full balcony, Kitchen, separate dinning, separate toilet, bath and shower, lounge with TV and record player. Downstairs has a large bunkroom, lounge and Kitchenet and a double bedroom and Bathroom with toilet and shower. There is a trampoline and BBQ area outside. Special conditions: No smoking at all inside and out. No pets or animals of any kind. Families preferred.
