The space You'll have access to the detached private guesthouse as well as the porch and large fenced-in backyard. You'll enter from the left side gate of the property via the gate at the end of the driveway. The cozy guesthouse has rustic saltillo tile flooring and comes with a queen mattress, full bath, kitchenette, dresser, and a table for work and dinning. Amenities include a flat-screen smart TV with cable, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishware, toiletries, and a hairdryer. An additional queen air mattress can be provided upon request. Located just South of Downtown Orlando, we're only 25 miles from Disney, 9 miles from Universal, 8 miles for the airport, 12 miles from the Orlando Convention Center, and 4 miles from Downtown/Lake Eola. Guest access Self check-in via lockbox. You'll have access to the driveway (parking for one vehicle), the guesthouse, the backyard, and the porch. Other things to note I’ll provide the exact address for confirmed guests only. However, if you need a close landmark to map out travel distances before you book, you can use the the Fort Gatlin Recreation Complex (2009 Lake Margaret Dr, Orlando, FL 32806).
