This house is the upper unit of a two-storied townhouse. There is another unit on the ground floor and will be used by other guests , however, you don't need to share anything except the main entrance on 1F. There are two private doors after you enter the main entrance. Your entrance is the left one and completely feel private. If you are interested in staying this house, please feel free to contact us. So you do not feel cold in winter. We provide fast free Wi-fi. Bedrooms: 1 western bed room with comfortable beds and 1 Japanese bed room. ( If you are an couple, you can use the Japanese bed room for relaxing room. ) Living room: Big dining table TV Sofa Kitchen: Electric stoves Pot and Pan Dishwasher/dryer Fridge Kettle Microwave Nespresso English black tea Japanese green tea Bathroom: Toilet(equipped with bidet function) Bathroom ( bathtub and shower ) Wash and dry machine Detergent for washing Hairdryer Shampoo/Conditioner/Body soap Bath towels/Face towels/Toothbrush and toothpaste/hairbrush Body Towel/cotton swab/Bath salts ※Please bring your own pajamas. If you are interested in renting a whole house, please check below. Guest access Check in time is between 4 PM and 8 PM. ※If you will arrive later than 8 pm, please message and tell us in advance. In that case, we will ask you to do self-check in and visit you next day to finish check in procedure. Leaving luggage before check in time (after 11:30 am) is available, please feel free to ask us if you need it. We will wait for you at the house. Other things to note ※ When you check in, please pay accommodation tax of Kyoto government. This accommodation tax is not included in rental cost of the house. Please pay by cash. The tax fee is depends on how much you payed for your rental cost. If your rental cost is under 20000 JPY per person per night, the tax is 200 JPY per person per night. (EX) If you are 3 people and you stay 3 nights, the accommodation tax will be 200 JPY × 3 people × 3 nights = 1800 JPY If your rental cost is 20000 JPY to 49,999 JPY per person per night, the tax is 500 JPY per person per night. (EX) If you are 2 people and you stay 2 nights, the accommodation tax will be 500 JPY × 2 people × 2 nights = 2000 JPY ⇒ [Accommodation Tax Change Notice] Accommodation tax will change for stays after March 1, 2026 Accommodation Rates (per person per night): Less than 6,000 yen: 200 yen Accommodation Rates (per person per night): 6,000 yen or more but less than 20,000 yen: 400 yen Accommodation Rates (per person per night): 20,000 yen or more but less than 50,000 yen: 1,000 yen ※As access to the rooms on the second floor is by stairs. ※No smoking inside of the house and outside of the house. Please smoke at convenient stores. ※Please let us know the number of people correctly. If the number of people is different from the number you actually book with, we will charge you extra. Person not registrated for accommodation must refrain from staying overnight in the room. ※When you check in, please fill in a registration form and we will scan your passport. The Japanese Government is requiring “foreign nationals who do not possess an address in Japan” to provide their ＊nationality and ＊passport number in addition to their ＊name, ＊address, and ＊occupation, etc. and produce and make a copy of their passport upon checking in at lodgings. Your understanding and cooperation is appreciated. ※Infants under 2 years old who share a bed with an adult stay free of charge.
