There is a free shuttle to the slopes, lodge, bars, restaurants, and town home is a short walk from the Seven Springs golf course and a free, private pool and tennis courts. This unit is perfect for multiple families with young children as well as large family gatherings. The open concept main floor is perfect for entertaining: the bar and dining area comfortably seat 9; the living room is outfitted with a Smart HDTV (with FREE wifi access), Blu-Ray player, PS2 (with 2 controllers), and updated fireplace. The back deck has a gas grill and chairs, umbrella, and swing. The upstairs kids' room is complete with bunk beds, crib, and toy box filled with infant and toddler-approved toys. In the closet, there are baby gates, a high chair, and a pack-n-play for your use. Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the downstairs closets. Owner will be available via phone/text or email for any concerns that arise during the stay. This town home is located in Swiss Mountain (within the Seven Springs resort) and is minutes from the golf course, as well as free private pool and tennis courts (open Memorial Day through Labor Day). We ask that you please remove your shoes upon entering the house. We like to keep down on the amount of germs transferred from our feet to the carpet since little people are on the floor investigating quite frequently in our home.
