Relaxing 3-bedroom family home in scenic village

Find the local touch in this family home with a spacious and secluded patio ,access to the pool (see remark below), AC and EV charging. A small village with its own bakery, small supermarket, café and butcher which brings you rest and family times. Nature is always close, as well as the cities, larger shops, great restaurants and last but not least, numerous castles and wineries. The area is very suitable for a whole range of outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, canoeing and golfing. The space The house from 1906 has a large and partly covered patio, so you can also enjoy outdoors at less sunny days. There are three bedrooms and a couch in the living / dining room. All these rooms have AC. Most of the times guests live outside, in the patio . The pool is shared with our property at the other side of the pool. Guest access Parking and EV charging can be done on premise at the patio, or on the street (free). Other things to note The pool is in the adjacent garden of the house next door , accessible via a door in the patio. In general the pool is available, but also to be shared with guests in the house at the other side of the pool
