I am an empty nester renting my house as AirB&B. Front bedroom has 1 twin and 1 double bed and the back bedroom has 1 queen bed. The front bedroom has the flexibility to be an office or study. I recently had a guest who is used it for just that. I set up a desk area and removed the twin bed to make it a comfortable office space. The full bathroom upstairs is private to the guests. I also only to rent long term (30 or more days) to lessen any COVID issues. I follow the Airbnb COVID protocol for cleaning and disinfecting. I have had very good success in 2020 with my long term guests and I would love to add you among those in 2021. The guests who book here are provided with 2 spacious bedrooms, 1-1/2 baths, Verizon Fios/wifi, large family room, modern kitchen. Outdoor living space includes fenced backyard with plenty of romping room for your furry friends. Deck space can be used for sunning, relaxing, happy hours; umbrellas with LED lights provide protection from inclement weather, especially in winter. Truly a do not miss! This residence is set up as "bed and breakfast" not a "venue". Owner resides at the property now during COVID and has limited contact as needed. Interaction is limited. I am only accepting guest for 30+ days: for example, rotation students (OT, PT, etc); nurses; relocations. Therefore, I DO offer long term stay discounts to my guests. I've been kept very busy with long term guests for all 4 quarters of 2020, which has worked well for all and I would love to invite you to do the same in 2021! I understand with COVID these things are a little different for my guests and look forward to hearing from you! I follow AIRBNB protocols for cleaning, disinfecting and interaction. Our neighborhood is peaceful. However, you can be anywhere in the Metro area in 20 minutes or less from this location. The neighbors are very respectful of my home as I am of theirs, I expect the same respect from my guests. Any interaction outside on the deck should be moved inside by 11pm as County of Henrico noise ordinances dictate. Amtrak station for Richmond is within 10 minutes. Public transportation is availabile. GRTC/PULSE is the local transportation company. (URL HIDDEN) There is also Uber, Lyft and other local taxi companies. I can recommend some if needed. I've had a couple guests mention they can hear the sound of trains during the night (the tracks are about a mile away); the sound carries in winter, early spring when the leaves are not a natural sound barrier.
