Even if cleanliness is on top of our priority, plus being in a tropical humid place, sometimes there are unavoidable circumstances like roaches and ants that will be visible in the units. This is a residential condominium and not a Hotel, all guests shall abide & conform with the AVIDA TOWERS DAVAO &/OR LEMONIQUE HOMES HOUSE RULES, which was provided ahead of time in our house rules. Corresponding penalties shall be imposed accordingly in case of violation and/or non-compliance with the said rules.
