King bed. *Second bedroom is about 20' x 12' has Queen bed and single bed. *Third bedroom is about 12' a 12' and has Queen bed. *Fourth bedroom is about 12' x 7' and has Twin bed. Wi-Fi included. The space Huge kitchen with new Bosch dishwasher and 5-burner Bosch gas stove. Washer and dryer in laundry room. Living room has two couches, big screen TV with Roku, Netflix. Located in scenic country setting, a 7 minute drive to Ithaca College, 10 minutes to downtown, 12 minutes to Cornell. (Note: You need a car here.) This house is big and comfortable (and a bit funky in places.) It's clean with respect to food, but has some storage boxes and similar items in some places. There's plenty of room for you. If you want to do a long term rental I can supply you with fire wood for the classic wood stove to heat the house with (it also has a conventional heating system.) I am very open to long term rentals (I use it for myself in the summer, but you'll have the whole house to yourself in the fall, winter or spring.)
