The open-plan kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with an oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a fridge/freezer. Additionally, it includes an island unit containing a breakfast bar and extra seating alternatives. The dining area offers comfortable seating for up to four guests, making this open-plan space ideal for memorable family meals. Adjacent is the cosy sitting room, with inviting sofas, a Smart television with a DVD player and soundbar, completed with a wood-burning stove for added warmth and comfort. The Parlour comprises two bedrooms, both featuring doors that open up to the patio space. The first bedroom showcases a king-size bed and an attached en-suite shower room, while the second bedroom provides twin single beds and a Smart television with access to the family bathroom, complete with a bathtub and a separate shower. Outside, a charming communal garden hosts a patio area, complete with garden furnishings and a charcoal barbecue for your use, which can be found in the store room. The convenient store room is also where you can also store any bicycles, surfboards, or beach gear you might wish to bring along. The location of this stunning holiday home offers the perfect base with easy access for exploring all that Cornwall has to offer. Additional Information: One well-behaved dog is welcome (small additional charge). Cot and highchair are available on request. Please note that to get to the town of St Agnes, there is a short walk on the main road (Roughly 0.2 miles).
