Garage & Basement are not to be accessed. For laundry, guests with a stay of 5+ days may use washer & dryer. NOTE: *If you are seeking a modern home with stainless steel appliances, this is not the place for you. The house is 110 years old and the style of the home does not permit for a double fridge, central air or a dishwasher.* Guest access Access to entire home and outdoor areas with the exception of the garage and basement. Other things to note PRICING: Nightly rates include mandatory local & state taxes and per person bed taxes NOISE: house is in a residential community- please be respectful of the neighbors and mindful of noise, NO events permitted. BEACH PASSES: available upon request with small security deposit - returned after check-out. GARBAGE: pick up WED AM please bring to end of driveway TUE night RECYCLES : (single stream) pick up FRI ; please bring to end of driveway THU night SMOKING: please dispose of cigarette buts properly, and not in the dirt or on ground ($50 clean up fee will be charged for clean up). NOTE: please be sure to turn all fans, lights & AC OFF when not in use or in the home - also outdoor lights should be turned off nightly. DOCKS: No Swimming & children 13 and under must wear a life vest on docks or slips. Boat Fee $50 per stay.
