Modern 4 bedroom holiday home, accommodates up to 11 guests, absolute beachfront with beautiful views of the bay. Free WiFi! Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, fridge/freezer, air-fryer, dining with access to deck and outdoor setting. Living area with T/V, DVD, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner. Views from dining, living and 2 front bedrooms. Main bedroom with split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, ceiling fan and ensuite, second bathroom with vanity, shower, separate w/c. 2nd front bedroom with split system reverse cycle air-conditioner and ceiling fan. Laundry with front loading washing machine. Ziggy BBQ, fish cleaning facility - not plumbed. 2 kayaks for use - BYO life jackets. (Please note - The Shack has the blue roof in the aerial pictures) Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - Tri-bunk (double on bottom single on top, bed 4 - 2 bunks. Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. A beautiful white sandy beach awaits you at Sultana Point which is located just around the corner from Edithburgh. It's a small quiet beachside settlement with all of Edithburghs amenities a stones throw away.
