Waterside House was built in 1865 as a gentleman's coastal residence overlooking the Solent and retains many of its original features. It has sea views from the front and an extensive garden with views from the rear across water meadows to the River Yar. There are many places to sit and relax. The house has 5 bedrooms (4 double and one twin), two with ensuite shower rooms together with a family bathroom. The property has been constantly updated and this year we have created and installed a new kitchen. It is furnished in French Chateau style. Parking is provided at the front of the property for 3 cars. It is a most convenient location only a 10 minute walk along the sea wall to Yarmouth town centre with its range of charming shops, restaurants and pubs.
