Guest access Guests have private use of the entire 1100 square foot Hobbit House and 2.7 acres surrounding the house. There’s a hot tub sunk in the deck outside, and no neighbors nearby, so privacy is assured. The hot tub is available year round. Other things to note Pets are welcome as long as they are well-behaved! There are just under 3 acres for romping!
