Homey, Comfy, Cozy The space House has 2 bedrooms (1 with a queen-size bed, and 1 with a full-size bed).The Hobbit House is approximately 6 miles from the nearest small farm town with grocery store, restaurants, gas stations X 3, and a small movie theatre. Guest access Guests have private use of the entire 1100 square foot Hobbit House and 2.7 acres surrounding the house. Other things to note Pets are welcome as long as they are well-behaved! There are just under 3 acres for romping!
